    Co-Founder & Main Teacher (Yoga Workout & Meditation)

    Leon, with over 14 years of yoga and meditation experience, has been teaching yoga on Koh Phangan since 2014. He completed his main instructor training at the Kyiv studio of A. Sidersky, specializing in YOGA23 and YWSAS. Leon further honed his skills through a TTC in India (Mahi Power Yoga) and intensive courses with notable instructors like R. Gammenthaler, A. Zinchenko, V. Zyuban, and E. Zhenetel' in Kundalini, Ishvara, and Yoga23 styles, respectively.


    In Leon's Dynamic Hatha sessions, the primary focus lies in harmonizing breath with seamless transitions between yoga poses, fostering a mindful movement culture within the practice. This approach enhances the overall harmony, fulfillment, and effectiveness of the yoga experience. By engaging in classes conducted in a "flow" mode, where movements synchronize with the group, a resonance is established, amplifying the benefits derived from the practice.

    Co-Founder & Main Teacher (Vinyasa Yoga)

    Sunny's classes are famous for being physically, mentally, and energetically challenging. Her vinyasa yoga classes are a fun energetic continuous flow to help you improve your strength and flexibility. The precise details of proper alignment in each posture will help you stay connected with your body and the breath for each movement will help you stay focused. You can expect some advanced postures (with options for beginners) in her Vinyasa Yoga classes.

    Universal Yoga - class in English and Russian.

    Universal Yoga is a multi-faceted system of methods that represent all the essential rules and laws of authentic yoga. Universal Yoga is about unifying all the methods and disciplines in authentic yoga that can be used for any and all individuals, and for any broad or specific goal. The asanas class will be oriented around the idea of creating balance in all the layers of self (physical, energetic, emotional, and mental) using the three main threads of yoga practice: body, breath, and mind.


    The primary goal of practice is not to target the body, but to target one’s concentration, focus, and attention; to turn it all inward, creating a serenely stable inner atmosphere conducive to awareness & personal development.

    Keterina has been practicing yoga since 2008 and has been teaching since 2014. Her study includes Himalayan Yoga and also Advaita Vedanta.

    Ashtanga Inspired Led


    This class is open to all levels and during one class you will be guided to your level of capabilities and understanding of yoga. Each class will be guided at least two different levels at the same time. Vari believes in proper alignments, awareness of your breath, and honoring your body. Whether you are a teacher or a beginner, this class is available to you. Vari believes that no two bodies are alike, hence his diverse teaching style. You will be constantly reminded in his class to follow your breath and that you are stronger than you know.

    Vari Morales has been teaching internationally for over 15 years and leading yoga teacher training for over 9 years. He is a registered yoga teacher E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance USA. He is the founder of V YOGA, the senior lead teacher with All Yoga Training and Exhale Yoga Retreats. Vari is known for his art of hands-on adjustments, powerful energy, and charisma. Many students often referred to him as “the teacher of teachers”, since in his classes there are many teachers who continue to study with him for a deeper understanding of yoga.
