Following these simple will help us to provide best service and keep the space in top condition
- A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to book the shala. After booking, the space is reserved for the client. It is not possible to change the date, a time change is possible only if there are no other bookings.
- No loud music or screaming. There are houses nearby so please respect the people living nearby. If your event has loud screaming, singing, expression of emotions or loud musical instruments please discuss it before booking the event.
- Light candles and incense without a holder is not permitted (we have holders please use them!). Be aware our shala is made of hardwood and natural material.
- No shoes in the Shala.
- Keep our space clean. Any trash must be put in the trash bin near the toilets. Any foods or drinks that are not water are not allowed inside the shala. Any stains occurred on the floor, walls, furniture are required to be cleaned by the client/renter. Otherwise additional cleaning charges will be applied.
- Do not move furniture and the speakers.
- Please finish your event/class on time, as there may be another class right after.
- Make sure to turn off speakers, fans and lights before leaving the Shala.
- If you are renting the Shala in the evening, please leave by 9:30 pm.
- No oil, glitter or any ritual powder. If you use flowers please clean everything before leaving.
- No touching the mirrors for any reason.
- Any violations mentioned above that caused any damage- you’ll be charged for the cost of the damage and/or cleaning.
- It is the renter's responsibility to ensure that all necessary work permits are obtained for any events held at the yoga studio. SATI YOGA shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the lack of proper documents.
