The asanas class will be oriented around the idea of creating balance in all the layers of self (physical, energetic, emotional, and mental) using the three main threads of yoga practice: body, breath, and mind.

The primary goal of practice is not to target the body, but to target one’s concentration, focus, and attention; to turn it all inward, creating a serenely stable inner atmosphere conducive to awareness & personal development.

Our Classes
Yoga Workout & Meditation

Yoga Workout with Meditation blends dynamic yoga flows, pranayama (breathwork), and guided meditation for a balanced mind-body experience.

This 2-hour class includes traditional and more challenging asanas to build strength, flexibility, and endurance, but with modifications to keep it accessible for beginners.

The primary focus is on cultivating a powerful post-session state one that combines energy, full-body strength, inner stillness, ability to maximum concentrate.

Classes are conducted in a "sync" mode, movements synchronize with the group, and a group resonance is established, amplifying the effects of the practice.

Key Principles

  1. Algorithmic Flow: The sequence of movements isn’t random — it codes a specific state.
  2. Block Structure: Every class is divided into blocks: Intro → Activation → Core → Release → Anchor → Meditation.
  3. Attention Work: The body becomes a tool for focus. Movement is a form of meditation.
  4. Breath as Code: Particular amount of breath in each asana, elongated phases, holds.
  5. Cyclicality & Musicality: Repetitions, rhythms, transitions: like karate sequences (katas) or a musical composition / piece of code.
  6. Controlled Intensity: as a focal point for awareness. Not violence, but a sharp entry into presence.
  7. Balancing Acts: Rooted in deep neurophysiology: left/right, up/down, tension/relaxation.
  8. Yoga as a tool to shift the mind state, enpower and balance the body, so the class becomes a transformation program — a journey through states.
